to log into ventrilo you will have to go to http://ventrilo.com and download the client for your particular OS. [mac client] -- [windoze (32bit) client]

make sure you don't accidentally get the server or you will not be able to connect.

you will need to connect to the ventrilo server by entering a handle and the following info under server:

Effective March 3rd, 2010 at 9:00 GMT, the IP Address for your server will be changing to 174.123.62.146. Anyone using the old IP address to connect to your server will be unsuccessful.

IP: 74.54.222.36 Port: 5063

connect and go to the appropriate room by clicking on it (don't worry though we are all nice people).

I will post a more detailed description later, I shall also be on later tonight.

Advantages to vent: lower bandwidth, push to talk keys, stable, cross-platform, cross-faction
